"Greg Long’s agency is absolutely a wonderful agency to deal with all the time. Everyone I have dealt with are absolutely fantastic. Emmeline assisted me with a how to file a claim and she was so helpful, knowledgeable and understanding. She was such a pleasure to work with. Also, when I reached out regarding solar panels Greg provided me all the details in what entails the costs of covering them. The only issue I had after all these years of being a client was this past summer which was to provide sufficient documents for my son. The person handling it just kept sending me texts to get the safe driver app completed and he was not available to attend to it right away as he was not even in the country. She was very pushy and I honestly didn’t know what she exactly wanted. Half the times she wouldn’t respond to me until after a few weeks. I wish they would have just called to explain what they were looking for to begin with. Other than that I have never had any difficulties with the agency."
