"After going back and forth with another agent for over a month I was having a very frustrating time having my policy updated. When I spoke with Emma she immediately fixed all the mistakes that I had been previously dealing with for weeks, in 10 minutes. Reapplying discounts (rightfully so) that the day before I was told I was ineligible for, and even gave me some more suggestions to lower my premium by 1k!!!
